Can I order just one product?
Yes. We accept enquiries for individual products, personal gifts, larger business orders and wholesale.
How do I order a custom product?
Send an enquiry with a description, quantity, approximate dimensions, colours and preferred deadline. Attach a photo, logo or sketch. We agree on the design and prepare a quote.
What photos do you need for a portrait bust?
Clear, high-quality photos. Ideally, include front, back, left and right views. If you have only one photo, send it so we can assess what is possible.
What material is used for portrait busts?
PLA. They can be made in four colours or a marble look.
Can my logo be made as a keychain or magnet?
Yes, either option or a combination is possible. Shape, colours and quantity are agreed when you enquire.
Which Sfera models are available?
Dragon, Horse, Fox, Cat, Octopus and Fish. Photos of the other models will be added later.
What is included with Sfera and what power supply does it need?
The USB cable is included; the power adapter is not. The multicolour lamp uses USB 5 V DC and 3 W. We recommend a suitable 5 V DC / at least 1 A adapter. Safety instructions are on the product page.
What are the price and production time?
Both depend on the product, design and quantity. After reviewing your enquiry, we prepare a quote and agree on the deadline.
How do I send more photos or a larger file?
